What ancillaries should I use for 100 test e and 200 mast e? I don’t get bloodwork’s

At 100 test and 200 mast you probably don't need much. Mast acts as a mild AI on its own so e2 sides are unlikely at that dose.
Just run;

• NAC 600mg 2x daily for liver/general health
• fish oil for lipids since mast will trash your HDL
• and keep an AI on hand but don't dose it unless you actually get spicy nips or bloat

Without bloodwork you're flying blind so only dose reactively never preventatively. That's it it's a mild stack don't overthink it.
