I want to run possibly like 400-500 test and 150-200 eq

what ancillaries would be necessary or will i live off just Tels and Cialis

those are the only ones I have on hand

Omega 3s, 40-80mg telmisartsn, drink 4L of water a day for hematocrit/haemoglobin.

I’d definitely say telmisartsn is essential as it prevents LVH and will control bp

You aint gonna die without ancillaries tho, just drink water and do cardio snd you’ll be fine
