Got my gear, Test C 400mg.

Current ancillaries are Arimidex, Nolvadex, and Omega-3

Anything else I should add to the list? Diuretics or anything etc

What’s the point of armidex if it won’t stop the gear from closing plates, and even then the nolvadex reduces effects of armidex

Plates are the least of my concern, im 6'4

mainly doing the Gym for gains and dimo (priority) .

So then why add armidex if u don’t care abt plates

because its an AI? plates arent everything when it comes to estrogen
