Saw some pretty interesting stuff regarding pickling things and animal husbandry.
Will probably be a bit of a use because you hear food plants "unintentionally" burning down and shortages. Artificially-created scarcity.
Force the people to come to the daily community centers in town to get their rations, and mark/count them all.
Happened everything already in the past.
