Why would they give that advanced technology to an average person like you and me?

There's many different therapies created by many different companies. So they sell them for profit.

When we have ASI, it will be no different. Aging is still complex enough that no single company or Ai will solve it.

What we'll have is an economy of competing companies all using ASI to solve different aspects of it, and some companies combining the premade solutions and technologies of other companies for wholistic end products. And then other companies combining those technologies, so that all you have to do is take the local aging repair pod once a week for a fee.

As an example, you can already get anti-aging DNA therapies, NAD Boosters, Senolytics, Red light devices, Oxygen chambers, and so on, all made by many different companies competing for your dollar.

The same will be true in the future, the only difference will be is that all of the workers in these companies will be Ai.

This same will be true at the level of science, with many different companies making many different devices, and sub components used in scientific equipment.
