Andre the giant had a pituitary gland deformity which made it produce high amounts of HGH. As a result, he turned into a 7'4 Ogre.

As you can see his bones are pretty big, his brow ridge is huge and so is his skull and a huge frame he had a pretty big chin too. But he was still ugly. Just proves that your genetics and your maxilla will determine your looks. He has large bones but his maxilla isn't forwardly grown.

Often tho acromegaly is late onset so their bones are fused and that makes things grow badly
