What is his ancestry? His he full Norwegian am guessing? He was born in Oslo and the Sami people live up north. It seems Norwegians have the potential to be legendary moggers

I'm not that knowledgable when it comes to Norway, but I do know that there are a lot of Norwegians who have this "special" phenotype with light eyes, golden-rosy skin and darkish hair as opposed to the classic Nordic one, so there's that. May be the Celtic influence in this region.
