Her jaw is overprojecting. Nose is also weird. As a male you want your jaw to end at the same line as the browridge. As a female your jaw may be longer. The chin start at at the same line as the browridge for male. As female it can be slightly longer. Hers is clearly overprojecting

Too much forward advancement. Her jaw is too far infront of her browridge. Her mandible is massive. Also her goinal angle is bad. He didn't fix this so he just made her poor gonail angle more visible.

Imo chin wing oscectomy (fixes her gonial angle), move the chin a few mm forward (fixes her weak chin) would have ascended her.

When you project your chin/jawline more forward. You NEED, a corresponding forward grown "cheeckbones", zigomatic and Maxxila. To be able to pull it off, and have n harmonious side profle.
Like Stacy kroes has good forward grown zygomatics (and Maxxila); while that other women, lacks in that.
Brutal harmony pill.
She should had better let her chin in place when she can't get her "midface" more forward as well.

in these examples. I would still say. they would ascend better/more. If they can make the ramus for longer "straight"-ish down. I still feel the ramus length is to short in these after pics

In general I can't see BSSO or stuff like that fixing ramus lenght. Maybe exception for dudes with giga underbites. But than need tp fixx positioning first and stuff. Than can see, for sure.

Getting implants, custom. is than imo the only solution for ramus length.

But you should NEVER put on implants, to fix a shit bite etc. is my opinion. Need a good bite first.

On second review an implant for the gonial and some infraorbital malar implants from her "after" state would ascend her hard. Her skin would also benefit from a healthy glow.

Could end up looking too masculine however.

Also ich sag dir direkt nein. Kein arzt in Deutschland würde sowas machen.

Z ist halt schon jemand der wenn der Patient mehr will mehr macht aber das da ist zu extrem, das würde er nicht zulassen.
