Voice is overrated for slaying imo. It’s absolutely an advantage for attaining leadership roles in jobs, and haloes you in terms of being perceived as competent.

But as long as your voice isn’t abnormally high pitched or excessively deep (there is such a thing), and not monotone, it doesn’t matter much at all
