why the fuck does it turn out that like 90% of the chemicals/foods in use today are "accidentally" estrogenic
like fucking BPA, pfas, microplastics etc etc all lower test/raise estrogen but you NEVER fucking hear about BPB in plastics that accidentally raises test
at this point why not just fucking microdose test in protein bars or some shit to counteract all the pussy hormones from the shit we consume
