Is there actually any way to increase fah with using androgens? Everyone on here seems to have different opinions on how they affect height

No it will do the exact opposite. Your body converts a certain amount of Testosterone into estrogen through the aromatase enzyme. Estrogen will close your growth plates. If you have higher amounts of testosterone in your body through exogenous testosterone, you will also convert more of it into estrogen, which means that your growth plates will close faster. Im not that deep into the topic but even if you keep your estrogen ich check, the testosterone itself will make you shorter. The epiphyseal growth plates in long bones contain androgen receptors. When exposed to supraphysiological levels of androgens, cartilage cells inside the growth plates are forced to divide and mature at an unnaturally rapid rate. While this temporarily accelerates linear growth velocity (causing a short-term growth spurt), it simultaneously burns through the finite pool of cartilage stem cells far too quickly. As a result, skeletal maturation (bone age) outpaces actual time, causing the growth plates to fuse prematurely and permanently cutting short your maximum potential Final Adult Height (FAH).
