apk for Instagram is called MyInsta and no you can't unfortunately.

for spotify I just keep it at its default state. I mean there's nothing to really complain about as long as I'm getting free music. I hardly use youtube anymore though, rotting my brain with ig and org

To download any apk it has to be a verified developer first by google, so most of the useful apks that give u shit for free will most likely go away
