i personally believe mewing does work for laepubertycels, i'm 20
i currently have braces on and the reason why i believe mewing works is because when i start mewing hard I can feel the braces wire tightening up and actually pulling back, the more force the more of an effect it has on the wire

Can confirm mewing is legit. A friend of mine has a sibling who is a mouth breather while he isn't. Same genes. They look similar. But the lower 3rd and even maxilla looks completely different

These posts are the reason I'd like an orthortopics place near me, so I could just go get an evaluation and the optimal treatment as soon as possible. I believe I could be a 7.5/10 facially on the normie scale if mewing truly works on adults. Either way, I'll just keep mewing for now, making sure to not clench the jaw (that causes damage).
