You measured his fwhr incorrectly. Fwhr is from bottom of the eyebrows to top of the upper lip. His fwhr on this picture is probably around 1.5 and irl without disortion around 1.6.
Would be great, also you need lip lift and lefort 1 with ccw rotation which would shorten your midface. You could really benefit from all of this.

How the fuck u dont want to have bigger lips bro, you need it, really. Your lips are non-existent + narrow. MSE + lip lift/fillers would ascend you really hard in mouth area. Also wider and shorter face would be great too.
