Anger issues

I have the worst anger issues, last monday I was rude to my recruiter when he called me in the middle of lunch for a 30 minute meeting.

I was so pissed, but now he hasnt responded to my text.

Im so pissed man my anger issues put me in situations that give me crippling anxiety
