Anger towards beautiful people

I genuinely become so angry to the point of lightheadedness at the sight of attractive people, men in particular. Somthing abt seeing how easy their life is and how effortlessly they speak to others irritates me. Now that I'm somewhat attractive people speak to me casually but all the years of bullying and social exclusion (and autism) basically dried up the social part of my brain and now the quality of life I had imagined for myself when I finally become doesnt match my lived reality which fuels my hate even more.
