Leaving this as a reminderfor myself

If you’re confused, 0% angle represents straight on angle, and 100% angle represents 90 degrees side profile view of your face)

Time Spent at Each Facial Angle

10% to 30% Angle (Subtle Turn to Slight Angle): ~65% of the time

The Breakdown: This is where the overwhelming majority of visual time lands. When talking directly to someone, your head continuously micro-pivots within this narrow range. It keeps direct eye contact completely comfortable while allowing natural head gestures like nodding, listening, and speaking.

0% to 10% Angle (Full Frontal / Dead-On): ~15% of the time

The Breakdown: Pure 0° symmetry is actually rare and brief. You hit this range when locking intense eye contact, making an emphatic point, or staring directly at someone before your head naturally settles back into a slight tilt.

30% to 50% Angle (Classic Three-Quarter View): ~15% of the time

The Breakdown: You enter this zone when looking at someone else in a group, scanning a room during a pause in conversation, looking down at a shared table/object, or shifting focus while speaking.

50% to 80% Angle (Steep Side Angle): ~4% of the time

The Breakdown: This happens briefly when turned away—such as checking a phone, looking at a menu, or glancing around a room while the other person is looking at you.

80% to 100% Angle (Full Profile / 90° Side View): ~1% of the time

The Breakdown: You are almost exclusively seen at a true 100% profile when walking side-by-side, sitting next to each other on a couch/car, or when you completely turn your head to look at something directly to your left or right.

In short, about 80% of the total time someone spends looking at your face in a direct interaction, they are seeing you somewhere between 0% and 30%, with 20–25% being the single most frequent resting state.

Yeah they may see most of the time like this but it doesn't matter if you look better from a slight angle. People will perceive you as most attractive if your front is attractive, not side or 3/4. I would never care if a girl looks good from an angle. Front( true face ) is the most important.
