Nilotes are East Africans so they have endurance nkt speed which is good for protracted fights. They trian their warriors to not feel pain

Yes race of warriors indeed but still no chance against ingush ogres, in a fight it doesnt matter how much pain you feel because everyone has adrenaline and when it kicks in nothing matters, bones start to break, you start to get tired and you can get easily knocked tf out if you are thin and weigh less.

Your bones and muscles increase your durability, strength. Basically your bones and muscle size is life, look at neanderthals how they were built.
