Either can work, it depends on the underlying shape of your brow bone and how the brows interact with other parts of your face

generally anything negatively titled is bad.

Theoretical scenario:

On a face that straight eyebrows would best compliment the face, i'd pick straight. Same would go for positive tilt. Depends totally on the person. Sometimes positive tilt is just too much on a face with a lot of other "sharp" and "aggressive" looking features and the straight brows could help to balance this out.

It also depends on the ratios of your thirds. Sometimes positively tilted brows can help camouflage a larger forehead. Negatively tilted brows do the opposite, failos can work synergistically with each other to totally nuke the fuck out of your face.

Imagine having a rounded diffused hairline, negative/downward brow tilt, large convex forehead, rounded/underdeveloped brow bone, sparse brows making ratios in the mid-face generally look worse. Brutal suicide fuel tbh.
