how the fuck do i increase both, i know its mostly bones for dimorphism but what about angularity, how do i increase it, and dont say no bullshit like “eat 1000 calories” i’m 14 and can’t do that unless i wanna looksmin, so what are good ways to increase angularity and dimorphism at 14. no injectables either

If your 14 and want to increase dimorphism then workout.

mirin iq, eating 1000 calories is a looksmin during puberty :lul::lul::lul: kys nga, not enough calories = body wont grow properly, the less food u eat u will barely have enough for body growth, since it uses it for survival and after that, everything else goes into growth. How in hell is eating 1000 calories a day a looksmin, even 1000 calories a day isn’t that good, during puberty u should be averaging 2k a day at least depends on ur metabolism, im 65kg at 170cm and stay stable like that, i eat 2-3k calories a day, im also very active
