Angularity

I'm around 15% bf (could be leaner i know) but i still have bad angularity. I'm not recessed, have relatively prominent highset cheekbones and i'm not really downgrown (ga of 121 degrees and mpa of 26 degrees)
Just bad fatpads ig, how can i fix them if i have only 2.5 months? Aqualyx isn't that good and i don't have time for buccal fat removal, any other fatdissolvers that i can get from the plastic chirurgy?

it really depends on the person but angularity in my case showed up at like sub 13 bf
