Anime characters always have great hair because it's drawn as being giga-thick and sturdy. Who the heck has hair strong or thick enough to spike like that without products and gel?

Light hair looks thicker than dark hair, highlights also make your hair look thicker, you can combine both to have fake animal-tier hair
