No it's not unless he is an autistic guy like you who can't do job interviews properly and is also locationcel like you and refuses to move to a better city. The field is far from being over saturated, it's in high demand around the world, so it's possible to get hired in another country after getting enough work experience at a good local company. STEM mogs the liberal arts so much, you should read some Aaron Clarey books.

If you recognize that it’s a problem that you don’t have a drivers license then get one. It’s not hard. Ask your dad to drive with him so he can teach you. In a few days of practice you will be driving chill af. Then do the test and get the license
