Only 33.5% claimed to be between (and including) 6'0 and 6'3, so good chance the majority of that 33.5% are sub 6'3 with maybe only 8-10% actually being 6'3.

Maybe, if users are okay with it. There's no overly sensitive information from what I recall but you can get an overview of some attributes of users who filled in the survey. Unlikely to be enough to come close to revealing who they are, but may be uncomfortable for some nonetheless to be shared publicly.
