gym doesn’t kill height gains unless you were spamming deadlifts like no tomorrow then idk maybe a little, but it comes down to your father and depends how late he spurted, maybe you’re just a late bloomer if your father was if not then I’m not sure man. maybe you are maybe you’re just unlucky.
