Alfaro has a shit reputation and people have been posting tons of negative reviews quite frequently over the last few years. Definitely do your research before choosing a particular surgeon.

the strikingness of jaw surgery results have to do with potential and how deformed someone looks like to begin with. it's not like Alfaro designed Gustavo's after face. he just moved his jaws into the right position. it is hard to believe he would fuck up the OP guy's case that badly though.
