I have come to the verdict that the key to debloating is (unfortunately) low sodium and high water + potassium. I have also found some success with extremely low water but this isn’t sustainable as it seems to not work the next day, so I’ll be debloated from no water and then the next day I’ll be bloated. I still haven’t really tried a full week of consistent high sodium as I’m too scared to go to school subhuman for a week. Has anyone here seen success with high sodium?
