im 80 kg with this speed is that good? The first few punches are fast then it slows down.

in comment regarding ur speed,
your speed is below average, considering you only hit jabs and crosses. train more
you can jab like that but an actual punch should have your body behind it, rotate your shoulder inwards, elbow outwards and turn your upper body so there's no empty space behind the arm, you're punching air but when you actually hit something you get recoil, and if your body isn't behind the punch that can lunge it out of the socket.Ill keep that in mind

Im doing weighted pullups, grip trainining, overhead press, pushups, horse stance and neck training.
(those are the exercises i do at home, i dont like going to gyms. only to deadlift sometimes)
