Currently coming down after spending 3 hours thinking I would die, this time I almost surrended and was gonna start screaming in the middle of the road I was dying,after the fear passed I was completely chill in my room covered by nice confy blankets listening to hair dryer asmr, best feeling ever, my ego is starting to come back again
