Isn't double Jaw surgery preferrable than just going the implant only route? Implants don't fix your recession.

They are premade but there’s many sizes small-medium-large

Also during the surgery he cuts and readjusts the implant so I guess you can call it semi custom

However if you want fully custom you can contact the company that makes the medpor implants they are are located in the USA
Send them your Scan and what you want
Once you receive the implants go to the doctor and he will insert them.

No double jaw surgery isn’t good especially if you are not recessed and you have average maxilla+jaw

+ they break your bones and it takes a long time to heal

So implants mog since the results are instant
