The implants that this dude got do not look good at all but again that doesn’t mean implants are bad, there’s a lot of nuance when it comes to implants and it might just be that what botched this guy was the size and design of the implant


I wonder tho who designed these implants, given that this guy is European it might’ve been giant

Are you sure? I don’t think so I feel as tho I don’t see any swelling. Plus the ptosis from the malar implant is very visable which is very hard to spot when you are swollen

You want more anterior projection than lateral projection. Or you'll get this concave triangle look. And some fat over it.

Its that subtle overlooked illusion of prominent cheekbones. Anterior and also volume. Implants shouldn't act as volume but support.
