Giant consistently delivers goated results for the lower third. He’s really mastered jaw implants and turned them into an art form. If that were all he did, I think he’d have a much better reputation overall

That said for this case the person is laying down and it makes a huge difference. There's an Insta surgeon who always posts his afters with the patient laying down, gravity pulls the soft tissue into a more favourable position etc. Not saying this isn't a solid result here, but just hard to truly judge atm.
