They really aren’t good. Should never be considered until at least Norwood 3 after trying dut, RU, pyrilutamide, min
The hairline looks very obvious in most cases, even from “top” surgeons, and the area behind the hairline is easiest to recover with meds
Also, a hair system is a better option. Hair transplants are for people too high inhib for a system

Depends did a lot of research on this and there are few surgeons in world good enough to create a good density but ye if u dont care about frauding hair system mogs

Except it’s not a perfect hairline. The hairlines look off, and the best results give the illusion of density in good conditions

I actually admit to the fact that I'm wearing a hair system to girls I match with on Hinge/Feeld, and I ask if that's a dealbreaker. The majority of them are honestly very chill with it.
