Damn they made her human
Of all the surgeries where bone > implants, chin is probably the #1. it’s so simple and cheap to just get genio which will actually move your hyoid insertion point forward widening your airway and increasing oral volume, but people still choose this shitty plastic cope for chin. Jaw should never get implants.
I agree about chin.. Sliding genio mogs implants hard but you can't fix gonial/jaw angles without implants.Of all the surgeries where bone > implants, chin is probably the #1. it’s so simple and cheap to just get genio which will actually move your hyoid insertion point forward widening your airway and increasing oral volume, but people still choose this shitty plastic cope for chin. yeah i forgot about gonions, but still i think everyone should trimax before gonial implants as the ROI is much higher for 90% of peopleI agree about chin.. Sliding genio mogs implants hard but you can't fix gonial/jaw angles without implants.
Trimax won't improve gonians at all and almost 0 improvements from front unlike with jaw implants. It can however give a better jawline(trimax, not bimax most of the time) but that's about it. If your maxilla is not flat as a pancake, they won't give u big and worthy L1 movements. There's a huge misconception about trimax, bimax surgeries on this forum and most users here think it'll solve all issues but it's not the case.. If you photoshop some MM's side profile and give him recessed chin, a lot of users here will say that that MM needs a bimax, like google Chico's and Jordan's side profiles unfrauded, photoshop them a bad chin. Most people who shill for bimax, trimax also have no idea what bimaxillary protrusion is and that with bimax you will only exaggerate it.yeah i forgot about gonions, but still i think everyone should trimax before gonial implants as the ROI is much higher for 90% of people
Another good jaw implant result although he could do a bit more genio advancement ngl
They are different surgeries with different purposes. That's like saying everyone should try rhinoplasty before jaw implants.yeah i forgot about gonions, but still i think everyone should trimax before gonial implants as the ROI is much higher for 90% of people
it can improve the gonial angle if you’re downgrown, a lot of people don’t have a short ramus but a curved jaw which makes it look badTrimax won't improve gonians at all and almost 0 improvements from front unlike with jaw implants. downgrow = bimax, short ramus = jaw it’s that simple. a lot of people mistake a short ramus for a downgrown jawThey are different surgeries with different purposes. That's like saying everyone should try rhinoplasty before jaw implants.
Yeah, obviously you shouldn't be like "there's something vaguely wrong my jaw. i'll get jaw implants!" But people also have that attitude towards bimax.
How would it bring inward gonions outward?it can improve the gonial angle if you’re downgrown, a lot of people don’t have a short ramus but a curved jaw which makes it look bad
Excuse my ignorance but what would the ROI be?yeah i forgot about gonions, but still i think everyone should trimax before gonial implants as the ROI is much higher for 90% of people
i forgot to mention in that thread, a lot of the time a “short ramus” is actually a downswung chin that makes the ramus appear short. Fixing the downswing would be much much better than adding ramus length in that case.Excuse my ignorance but what would the ROI be?
I feel that that’s probably my case (?) As far as you know, is there a measurement to know if your ramus is long or not?i forgot to mention in that thread, a lot of the time a “short ramus” is actually a downswung chin that makes the ramus appear short.
