Another lump appeared but now its painful

I've had a lump on my chin for awhile not painful got it checked out and doctor said he wasnt worried I just found another lump on the bottom of my jaw cuz I started hurting and I poked at it a bit and it rly hurts

Not visible neither is the other one but definitely can feel it

My parents are tired of taking me to the docs and my dad was telling me yesterday to stop worrying about everything and that ill grow out of it like my purple skin random lumps and stuff
