This guy apparently set himself on fire...Back when I was a kid, it also used to be a common prank, you would sneak behind someone and set his coat on fire, or the hair of long-haired girls...When someone was sleeping you would put a piece of paper or some matches between his toes and set those on fire. Now though this is considered assault, so it's not done anymore.
