This guy apparently set himself on fire...Back when I was a kid, it also used to be a common prank, you would sneak behind someone and set his coat on fire, or the hair of long-haired girls...When someone was sleeping you would put a piece of paper or some matches between his toes and set those on fire. Now though this is considered assault, so it's not done anymore.is this the new third worlder meta?
