This time I'm going to the most experienced facial plastic surgeon in my country. This nigga has been doing surgeries since the Soviet times and has like 44 years of experience and 10k+ surgeries done.
I need to deproject my nose (my Goode ratio is 0.8 JFL) and I saw his before and afters where he deprojected some female noses and the results looked really good and natural. By now I have an understanding of how the tip and the nose bridge needs to be changed but I am still confused as to what needs to be done for the upper bony part between the eyes, idk what best to call it - glabella, bony pyramid etc. But the bone itself is really wide and is wider than the nose bridge and actually it's so wide that I can't really wear most sunglasses or sleep masks unless they have the nose cutout really large.
Also I need to straighten my entire nose, not just the septum but the bone itself. If I take a front profile pic and draw a vertical line in the middle of my face, ALMOST THE ENTIRE FUCKING NOSE SITS TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE LINE, even the bone is off axis. I always knew my nose was bad but it's not until I became really autistic about bp and measurements that I understood just how much it fucking nerfs me, it destroys my harmony. I have like one or two good photo angles that hide the crookedness and make the nose look straight but even then it shifts the perceived asymmetry to the eyes (it seems like the nose is straight but the eyes have different heights) and the rest of the face (the nose looks like it's shot from front profile while the rest of the face is turned toward 3/4 profile JFL).
I will also consult with him regarding undereye fat grafts.
