I was looking through articles about testosterone and stumbled upon this.
Drinking raw milk(a xenoestrogen substance), while increasing the GH levels, also affects the test levels in a negative way. By this logic, eating beef strictly derived from the bulls may increase test levels.
Any thoughts?
