so basically how many times you can place their face in front of their body on a vertical line, the average is about 7, for taller people could be 8 and for small people, women and children 6

Ok that's a valid answer in that case . Now, what if the tall dude has a huge skull? What if the short dude has an small skull.

we're assuming the dude in the photo has a fairly proportional face

I would rather see if he has long legs or short legs to determine the height. But the skull proportions is valid although in some cases doesn't work.

Yea manlets have big heads and small frames. If the manlet has a long neck it's over for his proportions.
