Antegonial notches are the result of improper growth, and for me, a indicator in which direction my mandibular body was suppose to grow. With this in mind, could a incision that is cut at the end of the gonial notch, allow the jaw to line up to the area what my jaw was originally suppose to grow,, sorta like a ccw, but to get rid of downward growth and the notch at the same time? I've also thought about chin wing and I heard that can help. If you need to see a reference picture of me pm me.

I understand what you mean but I really doubt it’s possible as that area is full of nerves and you can’t really cut horizontally. You could partially solve the problem via an implant that is masking the downgrowth by lowering the gonial angle

i mean a vertical cut behind the 3rd molar, thats where my notch ends

That’s just standard CCW at that point (?)

would do implants but i want to do muay thai/boxing and take it to a good level, and I'm afraid something may happen to the implant.

I asked @VernatorLupius if it could fix my jaw, but he said it couldn't. Not to sure tho, how much could CCW help.

no, im in dentistry school pre max fac and this isnt a good way to solve ur problem (too instable biomechanics when dealing with jaw angle + antegonial notch, also anastomosis could be a problem). you should just get an angle implant that aligns the tip of the jaw angle with the mandible body, covering the antegonial notch area.
