I have some pretty brutal APT and was wondering if anyone had any tips to resolve it. I’ve done some research and have a general idea on what exercises to do but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask the forum.
Generally the only reason I want it fixed is due to the rib flare it causes, which hides my abs and makes my chest less defined. I’m also pretty sure it affects height, however thats not much of a issue since i'm already 6’2. Any advice would be appreciated!
