i have it aswell, it really depends on how bad it is, chatgpt said u can get about 1-3cm more. measure your before and after results and come back to me.

Chatgpt (plus others experiences) said 1-3 INCHES. Of course it depends on the severity but an inch for me would be great too.

Well I’m 6’0 barefoot so if I fix the ATP plus take glucosamine to keep as much as my morning height as possible, I’m hoping to reach 6’1 minimum

I’m pretty picky so I want as much inches as possible.
