Any threads that are well made that show how to "fix" an anterior pelvic tilt, I been doing some exercises online for a month but my before pictures look the exact same.

changes from posture in symmetry are super slow if its bone so if its really fixed maybe a couple more months

Training glutes, hip trust is a good exercise for this

In many cases it fixes it, especially with people who go to the gym or do sports but don't train their legs, but who knows every case is different
