Can someone give me a meal plan or link some thread because i can't find it

Like a diet with low diary, low glycemic diet...

i need to improve my diet bc im doing everything right (skincare) but i just have to eat what my mom cooks jfl or starve

for context i don't eat sweets and that stuff but a lot of carbs unintentionally because its the most convenient to eat something from the bakery in school or sandwiches for breakfast
