Anti ageing technology will only make females more powerful socially

Lets say there is invented a technology which allows you to retain youthfull features for your entire life so you like like you are 20 when in fact you are in your 70s. People would still die from natural causes and nothing would change except for the fact that people would just look like young adults/teenagers their whole life. If such technology were to became widespread foids would profit form it immensely as the thing that every foids dread the most is her losing her youthfull looks and skin which translates to her being treated worse than society. Just looks how bitter and depressed an average old foid is. If this wasnt the case foids would just drift through life on absolute tutorial mode as they would still be treated as goddesses in their 60s/70s. Remember what makes people perceive you as old is not you date of birth but as with everything your physical attributes.
