Lets drop anti aging knowledge in this thread boyos

Basics:
-Good sleep

-Good natural diet. No ultraprocessed foods.
-Exercise. Even walking is good enough for this
-Weight management

Do you have any sunscreen recommendations I live in California and it’s burning hot and I get sunburned easily cause I’m pale, even when I layer layers of sunscreen on me I literally noticed sun damage on hands

Keep in mind that you should be aiming for good skin while young however forget about anti aging until youre 25+ because during teens and early 20s you should be primarily focused on growth. Bones and muscle primarily. However ~25 you should slowly start backing off of growth and start anti aging

Your youth is built with IGF-1, androgens, and mechanical load. Aging is slowed by oxidative defense, low inflammation, and cellular maintenance. Balance shifts over time.

DIET (minimal carbs, mainly raw high fat organ based diet with collagen from bone marrow and bone broth)
STRESS (both physical and mental. no intense cardio/training, roids etc. you want to aim for a natural life where you spend most the day in nature relaxing)
HORMONES (inhibit DHT Type I and II with finasteride, also consider lower trt dosage if you are on roids and are happy with physique. ~150mg per week should be ideal for most people if trying to reverse aging while maintaining high T. if you are experiencing hairloss then consider RU58841)

outside of this the most important thing will be keeping your skin young, for this you need Vitamin C, Niacinamide, SPF, Tretinoin, GHK-Cu, microneedling. If you want a more "natural" route you may remove Tretinoin if youre doing everything else right

in terms of procedures consider: Laser Resurfacing, PDO threads, Platelet Rich Plasma


Quick thought that is personal with zero evidence but i found that putting blood on the face has an instant beneficial effect

going with the natural route isnt a bad idea but if you want to look 20 at 35 then you need to follow what i said. personally i dont mind aging as long as its done gracefully so ill just go with the natural route while maintaining hair and skin quality with fin

youre looking at the result of the correct lifestyle rather than the correct lifestyle itself. by eating the way i said and reducing stress you will gain these "symptoms of health" but this isnt something to strive for, its something that happens naturally with the correct life style

you wont be a twig with no gym. if you eat a high fat, meat diet so mainly organ meats you can retain a solid amount of muscle mass from your 20s especially with trt. the reason old people are frail and weak is due to 2 reasons mainly (outside of cognitive) weak muscle and bones. both of these factors are linked to testosterone. firstly low t results in low e resulting in week bones. the muscle side is self explanatory.

therefore injecting high dose trt along with ideal diet will allow you to retain ENOUGH muscle mass. anything more than that and you will have too much muscle which will age you more cause muscle requires energy to maintain

if you want to be aesthetic and are willing to compromise on aging then id recommend doing everything the same but training 2 upper days a week. 1 set per muscle, 1 rir away from failure
