This is before(a) vs a few minutes after botox injection(b)

1

This is (a) after injection (b) 5 months later still fucked up face

Look at that disgusting sagging in his lower face in picture A on the treated site. They basically injected botox into some unidentified muscle in the face and his whole face started sagging.
Picture B is 5 months later when the botox effects kind of went away.
Lmao, his whole face became asymmetrical just for this experiment to show us what makes a chad. God bless this specimen. Even 5 months later the asymmetry is still present.

This muscle pulls all the fat on your face upwards while creating the illusion of having chad eyes. Notice how the dude's eye above looks tilted now, it's over for him tbh, permanently fucked up his face.

3

This muscle can become so thick it makes your zygos prominent as fuck from the front profile.

Copy the movement of the blue arrow above with your fingers, pull your fat on your face in that direction a few mm, tell me you don't gain at least 1 or 2 PSL from this.

It's over if this muscle is stretched out in your face.

I don't undersand it, fully.

* the botox makes that malaris muscle in the "temple erea" relax? amd therefore the malaris muscle mass/size shrinks there, (over time) after botox?
causing malaris muscle mass loss in face in that erea, and making face less good looking and more sagging looking there??

* We need to incease malaris muslce mass in face, around the temples erea. with ageing?
How?

you can work this muscle

you can work this muscle
Cool. some suggestions?

I am older. And I 100% notice, that in that erea it's less tight. and if make that erea tighte again, it lifts the whole face, into youthfulness more.

I learned to tense this muscle, but it took me weeks. JFL at first I thought it didn't exist in my face, but I actually feel a sort of a new movement now. It'll probably take months-years to fucking train this shit.

IMO THE QUICKEST WAY IS TO JUST TAKE TWO ELECTRIZED POLES AND PUT THEM BETWEEN WHERE THE MUSCLE SHOULD BE UNTIL YOU FEEL IT CONTRACT. USE THAT FACIAL MASSAGE EMS BS THEY SELL ONLINE.

tell me i want to be a psl mogger god

no.

you cannot magically have this if you don't already have genetically.
So why even bother ?

She was the only one popping up though. ont that subject matter. nobody talks about it.

It's always there, it's just atrophied. The study claims all babies have this muscle and it's very thick in them.

it's not that difficult you can easily contract these muscles on your face, and if your bf is 16% or less you may even see them contracting

Yeah, but what does that have to do with facial yoga? I've seen facial yoga before, none of them specifically focus on this muscle. Are you trying to BS me?

no i mean it's like some people having masseter muscle hypertrophy due to their genetics. you cannot give yourself facial hypertrophy, facial muscles don't work in that way.

has a video gave a woman explaining about this muscle in specific yes

Not true. You can easily hypertrophy any muscle. I've been doing facial exercises, I know some fuck up harmony, others improve, etc..

Also it's not about hypertrophy, it's more about resting tone.

yeah, do that on masseter i will be waiting.
I am not sure what you are suggesting, I used to chew and get ridiculously bloated temporalis and deep masseters, now I stopped and they atrophied.

Why do you think facial muscle can't hypertrophy? What makes it special vs other muscle?

Most people under 40 calling themselves collagencels just have underused facial muscles and loss of bone, everyone puts way to much emphasis on skin but not the underlying structure. The body doesnt see the point in keeping bone & muscle you dont use it, so people are losing bone way earlier than 30 now due to the modern lifestyle.

Think about someone thats spent 35 years never putting their body and face though much resistance

BoneLossFace

MuscleDermis

Muscle is attached to the dermis layer of the skin, so if it isnt used the muscle will sag and athrophy at the same time, along with the skin.

Botox is dumb and the ultimate looksminning tool, and there is no such thing as preventative botox. You may lose a line on your skin in the short term, but you're accelerating bone and muscle loss, and retaining these things is much more important. Lines on your skin arent whats making you look old as you see young people with lines, but they dont have that aged apperance because they still have decent bone density.

BOTOX

If you think of the facial bones as "scaffolding" for facial tissue and skin, the bone loss can contribute to that drooping, deflated look, explained study author Dr. Robert Shaw Jr., chief resident in the division of plastic surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, N.Y.

The original thought was that skin goes through changes, such as a loss of elasticity and fat, so the primary approach to facial rejuvenation was skin tightening procedures," Shaw said. "But a lot of faces never looked like they did when they were younger. Patients bring in pictures and say they want to go back to that look, but they can never really go back to that look just by tightening their skin alone. If there are changes to those underlying structures it's going to change the appearance of how the skin looks.

it doesn't have certain insertion points to gain mass. not like pectoral muscles etc.
and i doubt if you get decent amount of change in your face, probably only some bloat.

what would you say is the primary factor in cheekbones loss for instance?I can see the jaw and jaw muscles getting weaker thus causing bone loss, but as for the cheekbones?

Exactly what I said many times, aging is caused by lack of usage, not by not enough skin protection lmao. I've always thought American Indians aged really well:

Like on PSL standards it doesn't look good, but the dude just looks so fucking healthy, lifegoals tbh. Also notice his malaris muscle is engaged, he has only fat on top of his face, his fat isn't sagging at all:

All of that is caused by weak SMAS and malaris. When SMAS and malaris is strong, the effect is the same as if you pull your fat a bit above and make it tight. Look at that study, botox injection in malaris totally messed up his whole eyelid and his whole face started drooping, instant jowls.

My SMAS is tight, but my malaris is stretched out from constant laughing =/.

When SMAS is loose you will get wrinkling, old looking skin...
When malaris is loose you will get jowls, sagging skin over lower third, under-eye dark circles, worse eye area, etc... In fact is is proven that Asians have more malaris muscle and they typically age well into their 50s/60s.

and is there any way I can start to tighten my SMAS and keep my malaris to a mininum sretch besides avoiding facial expressions?

Sleep without a pillow, pillow stretches your face downwards because it raises your head. Also maybe testosterone-gel on the face will do wonders for the muscles, as it's very anabolic, the only issue I see is potentially growing hair where there shouldn't be any.

Either way zapping the muscles is the most tightening and hypertrophying thing you can do, it will also affect the collagen in the skin. Honestly some of the before/afters of EMS are crazy, lots of foids that get good jawlines and hollow cheeks from it because zapping also reduces fat in the area.
