Do you guys have any supplements that could help prevent a hangover and damage done to the liver and general health?

From what I found online an ideal stack would be something like this:

Before Drinking:
- NAC 500mg-1000 mg, 1-3 hours before drinking, preferably on a empty stomach. (Strictly only before!)
- L-Theanine: 200 mg (I found conflicting opinions on this. Some say it makes them drunk faster, some say they can't get drunk if they take it before)
- Vitamin C
- Taurine: 500-1000 mg
- Food

During:
- Water, water, water

After drinking, before sleep:
- Glass of water with a tablespoon of salt and sugar
- L-Theanine: 200-400 mg
- DHM (dihydromyricetin): 1-3g
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin B6: 50-100 mg (or B Vitamin Complex the next day)
- Electrolytes
- Carb-heavy food

Day after:
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin B12: 500-1000 mcg (or B Vitamin Complex)
- Folate: 500-1000 mg (or B Vitamin Complex)
- Vitamin B1: 1000 to 2000 mg (or B Vitamin Complex)
- Electrolytes
- Food

What do you think? And if any of you have tried any of these it would be great if you could comment on your experieneces with it.

You have this retarded stack when all you have to do is not drink.

lifefuel for me. I never get hangovers. :chad::chad::chad: chad slavnigger alcohol genes

This seems very long and annoying to take if I'm being honnest, considering my hangover is usuallly gone by 2PM
I've heard that ingestion of sugar prior to drinking alcohol would significantly reduce feeling of hangover the next day
Don't know if thats true but worth the try I guess

Replace alcohol with ghb (only do if not retarded)

just don't drink if you can't handle the booze theory

Yeah but this is like the complete 100% 0 hangover 0 liver damage stack.
The main 2 are the NAC before drinking and the L-Theanine before going to bed.

I rarely drink but even when I get hammered and can’t function for some reason I don’t get hangovers. Have never got one. Most be my only good trait

Just drink water and pretend you're drunk bro
