When i thought about it, anti depressants can help you to quit gooning; cuz you goon to get that cheap dopamine spike, while anti depressants help your system to keep higher amount of serotonin and dopamine, so your body won't have that craving to goon since there's another option that gives him good amount of those hormones, i did a research amd it said the same. (ofc it's still gonna be hard cuz the dopamine spike from gooning is much higher than that of antidepressants but the suffering will be less).

You not gonna do it for too long, my doctor just prescribed it to me and i said why don't i get be efit from it in those couple of months i'm using it to quit gooning. (also in this time you should buildgood habits thatactually makes you happy so you don't come back to gooning after stopping SSRIs)

At theendof tbe day i'm gonna stop using it gradually and everything will return back to normal
